IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE on all orders (No Minimum required).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Shipments usually arrive within 7-15 business days. These are our estimates:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Australia: 7-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6-15 business days
  • Countries in the European Union: 6-15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-35 business days

*This doesn’t include our 1-5 day processing time.

By the way, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, airlines have shrunk quite a bit, so it may take longer (usually 2-3 days) than usual before your order arrives. But that rarely happens, we did everything we could to provide the fastest delivery. Thank you very much for your understanding.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

It will take usually between 1-5 business days. (packing, the printing of shipping labels, pick up the shipment from the courier service)

Please note that processing time must be added to the shipping time. 

I GOT AN EMAIL THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

Tracking Numbers Post 1-3 Business days after your order.

  • Status Unavailable/Pre-Shipment, or something similar, may appear. This is normal.
  • Please check daily as tracking will update each time it moves to a new location.
  • Due to the current situation with COVID 19, it can often happen that information is not available for 4-5 days.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. We have fulfillment centers across the globe in the United States, Canada, Europe, and China. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
